Expect the following when you book with us;
Gorilla/ Chimpanzee permits: Trips that include Gorilla or Chimpanzee trekking will only be confirmed after ascertaining permit available. Once we confirm permit availability from the wildlife authorities, then we will confirm your trip.
Prices include: All trip prices include private road transport (4×4) with fuel and a driver guide, park entry fees and selected activities like boat rides as per itinerary, all meals and accommodation as per agreed itinerary.
Prices Exclude: International flights (except on special arrangement), Insurance, Visa fees, tips/gratuity, personal effects, meals or snacks outside those specified in the itinerary
Changes/Adjustments after booking: these can be arranged accordingly if they are requested for in time. Please note that gorilla and Chimpanzee permit dates cannot be adjusted after booking.
Changes due to unforeseen circumstances: In the event of hindrances such as bad weather, road closure, security threats…Ethe’real Ltd reserves the right to make adjustments accordingly. Clients will be informed of such changes if any.
Payments: a down payment will be required for booking. For trips that include Gorilla or Chimpanzee trekking, the down payment will be inclusive of permit fees as these must be secured immediately. Full payment should be done at least 30days to trip commencement (unless otherwise agreed). When down payment is made, Ethe’real Ltd will go ahead to secure and book items specified in the itinerary
Mode of payment: Payments should be made to the Ethe’real bank account. Transfer fees shall be paid by the client. Payments made while in Uganda may be in USD, Euros, and GBP or Uganda shillings.
Cancellations:
60 days and above to start of trip- 10% charge
59-31 days to start of trip- 25% charge
30- 10 days to start of trip – 50% charge
9- 3 days to start of trip- 75% charge
2-0 days to start of trip- 100% Charge
Insurance: it is the client’s responsibility to get the necessary travel insurance coverage.
Liability: Ethe’real ltd will not accept liability for unforeseen circumstances beyond the company’s control including but not limited to; Flight delays/ cancellations, war, civil unrests/riots terrorist attacks, border closure, acts of government, road closures, epidemics, extreme weather conditions…
Health: it is the Client’s responsibility to take the necessary precautions e.g. vaccinations
Vehicles: we always provide our clients with road worthy vehicles. However, punctures or any other breakdown may occur especially due to poor road conditions. Ethe’real will do everything possible to rectify such eventualities but accepts no liability for delays.
